Ename Pater

Ename Pater is Brouwerij Roman’s lower-alcohol interpretation of the beers monks brewed for everyday consumption, inspired by the Benedictine abbey tradition of Ename. It is an unfiltered, bottle-refermented abbey beer with citrus, herbal and hoppy aromas and a dry, hop-forward finish from dry hopping; Brouwerij Roman was founded in 1545 in Mater, East Flanders.
