Hoptimist

Hoptimist was developed at the request of IP Belgium and brewed with the expertise of Val-Dieu, with distribution partnered through Delhaize; it won a bronze medal at the 2021 Brussels Beer Challenge. It is a deep golden-blond, refreshing beer with fruity esters, floral hop aroma, a lightly spicy character, malt sweetness, and a pronounced but balanced bitterness.
