Surprise tripel

Surprise Tripel is a historical beer associated with Brouwerij Meesters in Galmaarden, a small Flemish brewery founded in the 1990s and operated from a converted farm stable. The brewery’s tripel was brewed using a labor-intensive four-step decoction process, coriander, extended fermentation and bottle conditioning, giving it a distinctive traditional Belgian character.
